Step 1 - Prep and set the edges of lips with our best-selling Prep + Prime Lip base for a smoother canvas and bolder blur. Step 2 - Twist up the base to reveal roughly one millimeter of lipstick. Step 3 - Apply lipstick along the lip line to allow the super-sleek design to hug and blur the edges of lips,then fill in the centre with full-coverage colour. Step 4 - Twist down the excess lipstick after use.
