This bath and skin oil is blended in avocado oil, wheatgerm oil and Indonesian patchouli oil. It regenerates mature skin. It balances oily skin and heals acne, diminishes scars and stretch marks. Massage : Massage liberally on the body after a shower,Bath : Add a capful of oil to the tub or bucket,Bedtime : Apply a little oil on the temples,pulse points,soles of the feet,and breathe deeply to relax,Face Oil : Massage a little oil in a circular clockwise motion on your face and neck area before sleeping.
