Therapy Vegan Blending Toner is a rich and hydrating toner that is enriched with Edelweiss extract from Switzerland. Step 1 - After washing your face,take an appropriate amount of the toner and apply as the first step of skincare and gently rub or pat it lightly into your face. Step 2 - When using it on a cotton pad,pour a small amount of toner on the cotton pad and gently pat all over your face. Step 3 - Shake before use.
