A long-wearing brow pencil with a slanted, chiseled tip that lets you softly fill in brows with the flat edge or boldly define them with the pointed tip. Plus, the attached spoolie diffuses color and combs hairs into place for a naturally polished look. Waterproof and sweat resistant.

Step 1 - Comb brows up with the spoolie to reveal their fullest shape. Step 2 - Then use the pencil end to fill in sparse areas with short,hair-like strokes. Step 3 - Set color and tame brows with the Brow Shaper (sold separately).
