Step 1 - Use the ultra definer first. Step 2 - Use the spoolie to brush the brow hairs,then create an outline with a light hand. Step 3 - Complete it by blending and brushing through with the spoolie. Step 4 - Then open the other side. Step 5 - Twist the pencil to reveal just a small amount of product and apply it on your eyebrow with light pressure.
