Massage : Massage liberally on the body after a shower,Bath : Add a capful of oil to the tub or bucket,Bedtime : Apply a little oil on the temples,pulse points,soles of the feet,and breathe deeply to relax,Face Oil : Massage a little oil in a circular clockwise motion on your face and neck area before sleeping.
